EVIDENCE[Screenshots, text logs, etc.]: unfourtunately I did not get any evidence as I didnt have a chance to take screenshots and I wasnt in #xe.european at the time. Well valditoloko did this to me twice:

, and stubbykill evaded admin punishment because I froze him for swearing so he decided to teleport to me (which of course undoes the freeze) and then he type killed me. I hope you will take my word on this as an XE mod, thanks

In the mIRC log, can you explain how he death evaded?

As with Stubbykill, it's only a minor offense, and you kicked him for it. So he's fine now.
